I am not my body, I am not my thoughts, I am not even my name.  I am a beautiful light being created by God.  I am a mirror of God.  God lives inside me.  I am love.  I am energy living a human experience in this life time.  I am here to learn, to explore, to grow, to love.

Everything is temporary.  I do not own anything or anyone and nobody owns me.  I do not owe anyone anything and nobody owes me anything.  I am here to experience and learn how to love.  I am here to learn how to forgive.  I am here to learn to free myself from suffering by learning to detach from everything and everyone.

When I crave things or human beings it causes me suffering.  I am not my past and not my mistakes.  I am not my future.  I am this very moment. I am not ego.  Ego is the root of pain.  When I detach I will be free.

The beings I have met in this life were and are here to teach me through my journey.  Some will hurt me and this will only gain me wisdom and strength.  Some will truly love me and this will teach me what it feels like to be loved by another. Some will make me suffer so I understand the difference between right and wrong.  I came here with nothing and I will leave with nothing except for the wisdom that has elevated my soul from this lifetime.    I am just a soul living a human experience.
