Facing your inner child

I was not always a healed and happy person. My life has been filled with challenges and painful experiences and my inner child carried wounds that were buried deep within me for many years. Those early hurts left marks that shaped how I saw myself and the world around me.

When I began my journey to become a Life and Relationship Coach my first intention was for self-development. I wanted to take all these lifelong experiences and truly heal from them. Through this process I realized that my inner child needed care, attention and healing.

Coaching has been a profound blessing in my life. The journey of self-discovery has brought transformative changes teaching me to love myself, recognize my self-worth, believe in myself and create a life I truly desire. I have learned that I deserve the dreams I have held for years. I deserve happiness, fulfillment and the life I have always imagined.

How do you know if your inner child needs healing? Ask yourself: Do I love myself? Do I believe I deserve happiness? Do I feel worthy of my dreams? Do I struggle with self-doubt? Healing begins when we honestly face these questions and commit to nurturing the parts of ourselves that have been hurt.

When you heal your inner child everything around you begins to shift. Your mindset changes, your energy vibrates at a higher frequency and negativity makes way for positivity and joy. Life begins to feel lighter, brighter and more aligned with who you truly are.

I have always believed in the saying, “Things happen for a reason.” Every experience, both painful and joyful, has taught me invaluable lessons. I am deeply grateful for the ability to recognize those lessons and transform my wounds into strength.

Today I stand with my head held high and courage in my heart following my pursuit of happiness. I have taken my pain and turned it into power. And now my greatest joy is helping others do the same to heal, to grow and to embrace the life they truly deserve.
